一引言根据热处理时炉内介质与轧件表面作用的特点,可以把热处理分为普通热处理、保护性气氛热处理(即光亮退火)、以及真空热处理。光亮退火就是指退火时防止金属氧化、吸气的方法,目的是为了获得光亮的(不受氧化和不吸气的)表面,从而提高其表面质量。大部分的铜及铜合金管棒、板带、型线材在压力加工工艺的最终工序需要进行光亮退火热处理。例如以消除宏观内应力为目的的低温退火和为了获得不同晶粒尺寸的再结晶退火;在弹性材料方面,则有利用固溶体异常硬化性能,以期消除弹性后效以提高
