中小学教师作为祖国后备军的启蒙老师,这个时期的教育对于孩子们的影响是关键的。中小学教师的培训是为了提高中小学教师的教育技术能力,促进教师的专业能力的发展。但在培训的过程中,效果怎么样,培训的目的是否达到,这就要求教师不能一味地只是走培训的过程,而不分析培训过程中的问题,不重视培训的效果。教师应该在教育培训中发现问题,根据这些问题,找出原因,探究出一些相对应的策略来提高培训的效果,以达到培训的目的。
