山西作为煤炭资源大省,在过去的几十年里曾为我国国民经济发展和人民生活水平的提高做出过重大贡献,这一点是有目共睹的。但是随着开采的增加,山西环境方面面临的问题日益突出,主要表现在煤炭储量日益减少,产业结构单一,多元支柱产业尚未形成,环境污染日益严重,下岗人员众多,再就业压力大资本积累少,转型资金匮乏。以下就当前山西煤炭资源转型面临的问题及需要采取的措施进行了深入浅出的剖析。
As a big coal resource province, Shanxi has made a significant contribution to the development of our national economy and the improvement of people’s living standard in the past few decades.
