高校学术生态是学术主体围绕着学术研究与学术生态环境相互作用而形成的有机整体。由于学术主体的学术道德养成机制及学术管理机制不健全等因素,学术不端行为及学术腐败现象频繁发生,严重危害高校的学术活动的健康发展。治理高校学术危机,一方面要依赖于主体的自律,提倡学术道德;另一方面,在一整套事先预防机制尚未建立的情况下,事后的惩罚措施尤其是运用法律手段解决高校学术生态危机就显得尤为重要。
