我厂电镀车间磷化生产的主要任务是钢铁件的防锈磷化和冷挤压零件的前处理—润滑磷化。原工艺采用单纯磷酸锰盐磷化工艺,产量低、成本高、质量还满足不了要求。为此,根据国内外资料,采用锌盐磷化工艺,并运用正交设计进行优选,从而获得了高磷酸锌盐磷化工艺。生产实践表明,该工艺性能稳定,产品质量满足了要求,与原工艺相比,生产效率提高一倍,材料消耗下降三分之二,劳动强度还大大减轻,受到工人欢迎,用户也很满意。
