目的:甘精胰岛素和胰岛素泵均能为糖尿病(DM)患者提供基础胰岛素,探讨这两种治疗方法之间的剂量关系,总结甘精胰岛素的临床应用经验。方法:DM患者应用胰岛素泵治疗2周,血糖控制理想后,再改为甘精胰岛素及其他降糖药,血糖平稳后,比较甘精胰岛素与胰岛素泵所用胰岛素剂量,分析其相关性。结果:甘精胰岛素剂量约为胰岛素泵总量的35%及基础量的55%,并与之呈直线正相关,相关系数(r)分别为0.77和0.74,差异具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:甘精胰岛素的起始剂量约为胰岛素泵所用胰岛素总量的35%及基础量的50%,均与甘精胰岛素的起始剂量呈直线正相关。
Objective: Both insulin glargine and insulin pump can provide basic insulin for patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). The dose relationship between the two treatments is discussed and the clinical experience of insulin glargine is summarized. Methods: Patients with DM were treated with insulin pump for 2 weeks. After the blood glucose control was ideal, insulin glargine and other hypoglycemic agents were changed. After the blood glucose was stable, insulin dose of insulin glargine and insulin pump was compared and the correlation was analyzed. Results: The insulin glargine dose was about 35% of the total amount of insulin pump and 55% of the basal volume, with a positive linear correlation, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.77 and 0.74 respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). CONCLUSIONS: The starting dose of insulin glargine is approximately 35% of the total amount of insulin used in the insulin pump and 50% of the basal amount, all of which have a positive linear correlation with the starting dose of insulin glargine.
