苏州市立达中学是由江苏省苏州中学于1996年创办的一所国有民办公助学校,其前身是江苏省苏州中学初中部。校名“立达”源自《论语雍也》中“夫仁者,己欲立而立人,己欲达而达人”一语,意为要成就自己就需先帮助别人。2005年进行了国有控股的改革尝试,成为苏州首家股份制学校——苏州立达学校;2010年在市义务教育布局调整中转为公办学校——苏州市立达中学。2011年9月,学校位于沧浪新城的新校区落成。新校占地面积44389平方米,建筑面积38082平方米。普通教室全部装备成配有触摸一体机和实物投影仪的多媒体
Suzhou Lida Middle School is a state-run private-run school founded by Suzhou Middle School in Jiangsu Province in 1996. Its predecessor was Middle School of Suzhou Middle School in Jiangsu Province.
