近几年,随着国内经济的飞速发展,企业间的技术竞争、市场竞争也愈加激烈,这时人才的重要性就突显起来了。在这一大背景下,各大企业也意识到了加强人力资源管理的必要性,因为做好这一项管理工作将大大增强企业的竞争优势。然而,就目前而言,国内大多数企业在人力资源管理方面还存有不少问题,且尚未得到有效的解决,这导致管理的现实成效和管理理念间还有一定的差距。由于劳动经济学和人力资源管理间有着密切联系,所以本文就将基于劳动经济学景下的人力资源管理作为重点探究课题。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic economy, technological competition among enterprises and increasingly fierce market competition, the importance of talents has become prominent. In this context, the major companies are also aware of the need to strengthen human resources management, because doing a good job of management will greatly enhance their competitive advantages. However, for the moment, most domestic enterprises still have many problems in human resource management and have not yet been effectively solved. As a result, there is still a gap between the actual results of management and the concept of management. Due to the close relationship between labor economics and human resources management, this article will focus on human resources management based on the view of labor economics.
