本文主要研究了稀土元素在沉淀硬化不锈钢(0Cr17Ni7Al)中的存在形式及其对马氏体相变、时效折出过程的作用机理,并且求得在该类钢种中的最佳含量。实验研究证实,适量稀土的加入可提高0Cr17Ni7Al钢的时效强化效果并改善其机械性能,使σ_b提高5.4%,σ_(0.005)提高18%.δ%提高38%,同时提高该钢在1NH_2SO_4和3%NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。建议在国内试用0Cr17Ni7Al-RE钢制作各类耐蚀弹性元件。
In this paper, the existence of rare earth elements in precipitation-hardened stainless steel (0Cr17Ni7Al) and its mechanism of martensite transformation, aging and aging process were studied, and the optimal content of rare earth elements in this kind of steel was obtained. Experimental results show that proper addition of rare earth can enhance the aging strengthening effect and improve the mechanical properties of 0Cr17Ni7Al steel, so σ_b increased 5.4%, σ_ (0.005) increased 18%, δ% increased 38%, while increasing the steel in 1NH_2SO_4 and 3 Corrosion resistance in% NaCl solution. It is suggested that 0Cr17Ni7Al-RE steel can be used to make all kinds of corrosion-resistant elastic components in China.
