投资、消费和出口是通常所称的推动中国经济发展的三驾马车。但是,中国经济的发展实际是对投资、消费和出口这三轮马车的驾驭,因为这三轮马车受央行的货币政策和国家财政政策的驾驭。保持这一三轮马车在前进中的动态平衡必要而迫切,并应以此作为政策调整的主轴。
Investment, consumption and exports are the so-called troika that are commonly referred to as promoting economic development in China. However, the development of China’s economy is really the manipulation of the wagons of investment, consumption and export because the wagons are controlled by the central bank’s monetary policy and state fiscal policy. It is necessary and urgent to maintain the dynamic balance of this three-wheeled carriage on the move and should serve as the backbone of policy adjustment.
