一切改革都必须从实际出发,讲求实效。经济改革如此,教育改革也如此。教学“注重实际”就是注重教材实际、注重学生的认识实际、智能实际、社会实际;所谓“讲求实效”就是要切实做到提高学生的智能水平和精神文明。从83年下学期以来,我一直担任我校干修班的中国古典文学课程。时近三年,我具体地体会到是否注重实际、讲求实效的确是关系教改顺逆成败的一个重要问题。下面谈谈我在教学中是如何注重实际、讲求实效的。
All reforms must proceed from reality and stress practical results. So economic reform, so is education reform. Teaching “pay attention to the actual” is to pay attention to the actual teaching, pay attention to the students ’understanding of the actual, intelligent reality, social reality; the so-called “stress practical” is to effectively improve the students’ intelligence and spiritual civilization. Since the next semester in 83, I have been teaching Chinese classical literature in my workshop. In the recent three years, I have specifically realized whether paying attention to reality and stressing practical results are indeed an important issue concerning the success or failure of teaching reform. Here to talk about my teaching is how to pay attention to reality, stress practical results.
