要办好学校,必须建设一支立场坚定、作风扎实、师德高尚、素质精良、业务能力较强的稳定发展的教师队伍。柳斌同志曾说:“教师队伍的建设是教育事业的根本。”几年来,我校教导处充分发挥其在教育教学中的监督指导作用,在教师队伍建设方面,尤其是在对青年教师培养方面取得了很大成绩。 我们根据我校青年教师多,思想业务水平亟待提高的实际情况,探索途径,采取得力措施加强了对青年教师的培养。我们的做法是:
