60家世界顶尖艺术画廊参与的艺术盛事——首届上海国际艺术精品展览会,2007年10月将在上海展览中心举办。为了更多地了解本次展会的筹备境况,记者约见展会的副主席马西明·伯克(Maximin Berko)先生与总策展人邢晓舟女士做了一次专访。伯克先生来自古董世家,代表伯克画廊活跃于国际艺术舞台并参与了众多艺术展会。自2001年起伯克先生在上海居住,专攻中国艺术,潜心探访并深入了解了当地的艺术品市场,并由此产生了组织此次展会的构想。邢晓舟女士是西方艺术博士,经常往来于上海和巴黎之间,以其鲜活的精神和深厚的文化融贯东西。除任本次上海国际艺术精品展览会的总策展人,她还是现任上海博物馆策划。
The Art Event Involving 60 Top Art Galleries in the World - The 1st Shanghai International Art Exhibition, to be held in Shanghai Exhibition Center in October 2007. In order to know more about the preparations for this exhibition, the reporter interviewed the exhibition’s vice chairman Maximin Berko and the chief curator Xing Xiaozhou made an interview. Mr. Burke, from the antique family, represented the Burke Gallery on the international art scene and participated in numerous art shows. Since 2001, Mr. Burke has lived in Shanghai, specializing in Chinese art, devoted himself to exploring and understanding the local art market and resulting in the idea of organizing the show. Ms. Xing Xiaozhou, a western art doctor, often contacts with Shanghai and Paris to create something with her fresh spirit and profound culture. In addition to being the chief curator of the Shanghai International Fine Arts Exhibition, she is currently planning the Shanghai Museum.
