咳嗽晕厥(cough syncope)是紧接咳嗽而发生的短暂晕厥。国外报道已达400余例,国内亦先后报道,故本病并非少见。虽预后良好,在基层常因对本病不了解而贻误诊断,亦有因晕厥而有致伤致残者。作者将在基层遇到的4例分析简介如附表。讨论 4例均为男性,文献报道以成年人为多。本组例4为3岁男孩,肺炎基本治愈,服中药呛咳后引起晕厥,历时约1分钟自行恢复。脑电图正常,停服中药,
