生物降解液压油近来发展很快,各制造商为开发其产品,都自行制订了一些标准和测试方法。这使得市场上没有统一的质量准则,用户无所适从。本文概括了各主要环境性能标准中常见的生物降解与生态毒性因素,还讨论了相应的氧化稳定性、水解稳定性和磨损的试验室性能测试方法,并根据二种合成酯基液压油的实验室与现场性能相关性,规定这些测试的极限值。概述:工程机械运行中,由于液压油的偶然溅洒和泄漏影响了环境,因此普遍要求采用一种环境能够接受的液压油类,通常称之为生物降解液压油。
Biodegradable hydraulic fluids have recently developed rapidly and manufacturers have developed their own standards and test methods to develop their products. This makes the market there is no uniform quality guidelines, users know what to do. This paper summarizes the common biodegradation and ecotoxicological factors in the major environmental performance standards, and discusses the laboratory performance test methods of the corresponding oxidation stability, hydrolytic stability and wear. Based on the experiments of two synthetic ester-based hydraulic fluids Room-to-site performance dependencies set the limits for these tests. Overview: Construction machinery operation, due to accidental splashing and leakage of hydraulic oil affect the environment, it is generally required to adopt a hydraulic oil acceptable environment, commonly known as biodegradable hydraulic oil.
