高全喜教授主编的《政治与法律思想论丛》第一辑和第二辑计三十余种政法 类学术著述陆续面世(北京大学出版社)，与译介的大量西方作品不同，它们是中 国学界基于本国问题有深度思考的著作，因此面节之后受到了学术界的关注。为 了使读者对这些著作的写作背景和作者解决问题的思路有进一步的了解，本刊 将陆续选载一些作者的写作札记，就教于读者，希望有关问题能得到更多的关 注，以促进学术的进步和繁荣。
Professor Gao Quanxiu’s “Theories of Politics and Law” first and second series account for more than thirty kinds of political and legal class academic writings one after another (Peking University Press), and translated a large number of Western works, they are Chinese academia Because of his deeply thought-provoking work on national issues, he has drawn the attention of academics since the festival.
