《义务教育语文课程标准》指出:“口语交际能力是现代公民的必备能力,应培养学生倾听、表达和应对能力,使学生具有文明和谐地进行人际交流的素养。”同时,对低年级学生口语交际能力做出了相应的具体要求:能认真听别人讲话,较完整地进行讲述,会与别人交流。因此,对学生的口语交际训练应重点培养、规范实施。
