本文研究了国产巯乙基磺酸钠(麦斯纳)对环磷酰胺引起大鼠出血性膀胱炎的影响。用环磷酰胺(iv70mg·kg-1)造成大鼠出血性膀胱炎模型。国产麦斯纳(20~80mg·kg-1)对这种动物模型有保护作用,使膀胱脏器系数和组织匀浆吸光度减少,膀胱粘膜出血百分率下降。国产麦斯纳(80mg·kg-1)可完全消除环磷酰胺对膀胱的致炎作用,表明这种保护作用与剂量有关。国产麦斯纳(80mg·kg-1)与国外麦斯纳(60mg·kg-1)的作用相仿。结果提示国产麦斯纳可以作为环磷酰胺引起出血性膀胱炎的解毒剂。
In this paper, the effects of sodium mercapto ethyl sulfonate (MSS) on hemorrhagic cystitis caused by cyclophosphamide in rats were studied. Rat hemorrhagic cystitis model was induced with cyclophosphamide (iv 70 mg kg-1). Domestic Meisner (20 ~ 80mg · kg-1) has protective effect on this animal model, so that the coefficient of bladder organ and tissue homogenate absorbance decreased, the percentage of bladder mucosa decreased. The domestic mesothelin (80mg · kg-1) can completely eliminate the inflammatory effect of cyclophosphamide on the bladder, indicating that this protective effect is dose-dependent. Domestic Mesus (80mg · kg-1) and foreign Mesna (60mg · kg-1) role similar. The results suggest that domestic Meisner can be used as an antidote for cyclophosphamide-induced hemorrhagic cystitis.
