目的:探讨上皮性卵巢癌中黏着斑激酶(focal adhesion kinase,FAK)蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化染色、光镜观察结果确定FAK在良、恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的蛋白表达,应用SPSS 13.0软件结合临床病理资料进行综合分析。结果:良、恶性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中FAK皆有表达,FAK在良性卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达多是弱阳性,表达率低;在卵巢癌组织中的表达多为阳性和强阳性,表达率高(72.0%,36/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。FAK表达与组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移及不良预后明显相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。结论:FAK在卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤组织,FAK可能参与了卵巢癌的发生、侵润和转移,在一定程度上可作为判断卵巢癌恶性程度及评估预后的一项重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) protein in epithelial ovarian cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The protein expression of FAK in benign and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors was determined by immunohistochemical staining and light microscopy. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software combined with clinicopathological data. Results: The expressions of FAK in benign and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors were all positive. The expression of FAK in benign ovarian tumors was mostly weakly positive and the expression rate was low. The expression of FAK was mostly positive and strongly positive in ovarian cancer tissues. The expression rate High (72.0%, 36/50), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). FAK expression was significantly associated with histological grade, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and poor prognosis (P <0.05), but not with age and histological type (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of FAK in ovarian cancer tissues is significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumors. FAK may be involved in the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer, which may be used as a measure to judge the malignant degree of ovarian cancer and evaluate the prognosis index.
