目的通过研究卵巢癌中细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶5(CDK5)的表达情况,探讨CDK5在卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法分析2011年3月~2014年6月在该院接受手术治疗的原发性卵巢癌患者的卵巢癌组织及正常卵巢组织标本,并选取同期手术的卵巢良性肿瘤标本作为对照。比较卵巢癌、良性卵巢肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中的CDK5表达情况,并探讨CDK5的表达与卵巢癌的病理特征间的相关性。结果该研究共纳入卵巢癌患者80例,包括卵巢癌组织及正常卵巢组织标本各80个,卵巢良性肿瘤组织45个。三组组织的CDK5阳性表达率组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=53.73,P<0.01),其中卵巢癌组织的CDK5阳性表达率最低;卵巢癌组织的CDK5的阳性表达与卵巢癌组织的临床分期(χ2=12.73,P<0.01)和淋巴结转移情况(χ2=5.409,P=0.020)均有着显著的相关性。结论 CDK5蛋白在卵巢癌组织内的表达明显比其在正常卵巢组织内的表达低,且其表达水平与肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结的转移情况密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of CDK5 in ovarian cancer and its significance by studying the expression of cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK5) in ovarian cancer. Methods The ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues from patients with primary ovarian cancer undergoing surgery in our hospital from March 2011 to June 2014 were analyzed. The benign ovarian tumor specimens from the same period were selected as control. To compare the expression of CDK5 in ovarian cancer, benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue, and to explore the correlation between the expression of CDK5 and the pathological features of ovarian cancer. Results A total of 80 patients with ovarian cancer were enrolled in this study, including 80 specimens of ovarian cancer and normal ovarian tissue and 45 specimens of benign ovarian tumor. The positive rates of CDK5 expression in the three groups were statistically different (χ2 = 53.73, P <0.01), and the positive expression rate of CDK5 in ovarian cancer tissues was the lowest. The positive expression of CDK5 in ovarian cancer tissues was correlated with clinical Staging (χ2 = 12.73, P <0.01) and lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 5.409, P = 0.020) were significantly correlated. Conclusion The expression of CDK5 protein in ovarian cancer tissues is significantly lower than that in normal ovarian tissues. The expression level of CDK5 protein is closely related to the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.
