为了探讨和掌握机床构件的整体结构热变形的计算方法,我们对B690-1液压牛头刨床进行热稳态条件下温度场和热变形测试的基础上,对机床的关键部件——床身和底座的热变形,应用SAP5源程序中的板单元与边介单元进行计算,并将计算结果与实测热变形值分析比较,以校核理论计算的准确性和可靠性。同时为了进一步探讨计算方法,还在相同条件下,应用SAP5程序中膜单元(平面应力)与边介单元进行计算,对上述两类不同单元的计算结果作简要的分析。从计算结果与实测数值对比,基本上是符合的,说明本题采用SAP5结构程序中的板单元与边介单元进行计算是可行的,合理的。
