目的超声引导下经皮射频治疗兔肾VX2肿瘤模型,动态观察其声像图变化特征。方法对25只已建立VX2肾肿瘤模型的大白兔行超声引导下射频治疗,并于治疗后定期行超声检查,二维超声观察肿瘤大小和形态,彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)观察肿瘤内部及周边血流。结果超声成功引导所有兔肾VX2肿瘤射频治疗,治疗即刻二维声像图呈现斑片状强回声伴声影,CDFI显示毁损灶无血流信号,治疗后毁损区呈边界清楚的强回声;在肿瘤部分区域发现低回声,CDFI显示点条状血流信号,病理证实为肿瘤残存或复发。结论二维及彩色多普勒超声在兔肾VX2肿瘤射频的引导和治疗中具有特征性声像图表现,对于评价射频疗效具有重要的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the changes of ultrasonographic features of rabbit VX2 tumor model induced by ultrasound guided percutaneous radiofrequency. Methods Twenty-five rabbits with established VX2 renal tumor model were treated with radiofrequency guided ultrasound and were examined by ultrasound on a regular basis. The tumor size and morphology were observed by two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) Tumor internal and peripheral blood flow. Results Ultrasound successfully guided the radiofrequency ablation of all rabbit renal VX2 tumors. The immediate 2-dimensional sonography showed patchy hyperechoic sound, CDFI showed no blood flow signal in the lesion, and the damaged area showed a clear and strong echoes. Hypophonia was found in some regions of the tumor, and CDFI showed dotted blood flow signals. The pathology was confirmed as tumor residual or recurrence. Conclusions Two-dimensional and color Doppler sonography has the characteristic sonography in the guidance and treatment of rabbit renal VX2 tumor radiofrequency, which is of great value in evaluating the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency.
