本文研究了以NaCl、Mg(NO_3)_2、混合稀土、镧钐稀土等活化剂在酸化工艺过程中对蒙脱石比表面和脱色力的影响。研究结果表明,酸化蒙脱土的比表面和脱色力与原蒙脱石的品位、酸种类和浓度、活化剂各类以及用量有关。在蒙脱石品位和酸化比都较高的条件下,NaCl的活化添加剂效果显著。在酸化过程中,随着铝骨架的破坏,比表面、空隙和吸附活性中心都同时增大。因电荷平衡,引起Na~+沉积在晶层底面,从而大大增加了比表面的稳定性。
In this paper, the effects of activators such as NaCl, Mg (NO_3) _2, mischmetal, lanthanum samarium and so on on the specific surface area and decolorization ability of montmorillonite during the acidification process were studied. The results show that the specific surface area and the decolorization power of the acidified montmorillonite are related to the grade, the type and concentration of the original montmorillonite, the kinds and the amounts of the activators. Under the conditions of high montmorillonite grade and high acidification ratio, the activating additive of NaCl has a significant effect. In the acidification process, with the destruction of the aluminum skeleton, specific surface area, voids and active sites of adsorption increase at the same time. Due to the charge balance, Na ~ + is deposited on the bottom of the crystal layer, which greatly increases the specific surface stability.
