一、情况和估计自从专署于七月二十六日召开县长与财政科长联席会议以后,各县均于八月初召开了干部大会,七日前后进入试点阵地(只高安于十七日进入试点阵地),试点面比较广,除清江、安义、高安、新淦四个县区里未直接试点外,其它各县、区均进行了试点,试点地区计有六十六个区内的二百个乡,占全区总乡数百分之十四。二,参加试点干部共四、五九八人,其中县直接掌握的有十四个试点区,一二八个乡。试点区一般都经过了二十至二十五天的时间,最少也花了十七天时间,八月底多数县结束。现在各县已进入全面铺开的紧张阶段,全区已铺开七四一个乡,占总乡数百分
I. Situation and Estimates Since the establishment of a joint meeting between county magistrates and chief financial officers on July 26, all counties held cadre meetings in early August and entered the pilot positions around the 7th (Gao Ran entered on the 17th Pilot sites). The pilot areas were relatively wide. Except for the pilot counties in Qingjiang, Anyi, Gao’an and Xingan Counties, pilot counties were conducted in all the counties and districts.
