以紫沙参多糖及水提取物作为受试物,观察其连续多次经口给药对免疫功能的影响。结果显示能显著地增加碳粒廓清指数K及吞噬指数α,增强单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;能显著地增加小鼠耳肿胀度,提示沙参能够增强二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)。沙参多糖在0.4g.kg-1和0.8g.kg-1的剂量下能增加脾脏及胸腺的重量,而水提取物仅在0.6g.kg-1剂量下能增加胸腺重量。试验采用国家中药二类新药云芝多糖作为阳性对照。该试验说明紫沙参多糖能提高机体的细胞免疫和非特异性免疫。
Using polysaccharides and water extracts of Radix Glehniae as the test substance, the effect of repeated oral administration on immune function was observed. The results showed that the carbon clearance index K and phagocytic index α were significantly increased, and the phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophages was enhanced; the ear swelling of mice was significantly increased, suggesting that Adenophora can enhance dinitrofluorobenzene-induced mice. Delayed hypersensitivity (DTH). Radix Ginseng Polysaccharides in 0.4g. Kg-1 and 0.8g. The dose of kg-1 can increase the weight of spleen and thymus, while the water extract is only 0.6g. At the dose of kg-1, the weight of the thymus can be increased. The experiment used the Chinese medicine second class new drug PSK polysaccharide as a positive control. The test demonstrated that polysaccharides of Radix Glehniae can increase cellular immunity and non-specific immunity.
