我国的建筑经济为推动国内社会主义的发展作了巨大的贡献,但它本身行业内部的竞争非常的激烈,建筑行业想要使得民营建筑经济得到大力的发展,必须建立在国有的建筑经济控的制力得到增强的基础之上。本文对民营建筑经济在我国的市场经济中的重要重大作用作出了相应的分析,阐述了了现阶段的民营建筑经济所面临的主要障碍,为相应的问题针对性的提出了解决的办法。
China’s construction economy made a great contribution to promoting the development of socialism in our country. However, the competition within itself is extremely fierce. The construction industry wants to make the privately-built economy develop vigorously. It must be based on the control of the state-owned construction economy On the basis of enhanced system. This article analyzes the important role of private construction economy in the market economy of our country, analyzes the main obstacles that the private construction economy faces at the present stage and puts forward some solutions to the corresponding problems.
