根据大瑞铁路所经我国著名的滇西纵谷地区和需跨越澜沧江、怒江河流的特点,在吸取西南山区铁路选线经验与教训的基础上,提出该铁路防灾减灾选线的4项原则:合理选择线路主要技术标准,尽量减少展线;以正交方式长隧穿横断山系,以高桥跨横越澜沧江与怒江河流;沿河线路以跨河、进洞绕避山地灾害为主。
According to the characteristics of DatongRailway, the famous Rift Valley in West Yunnan and the need to cross the Lancang River and the Nujiang River, this paper, based on the experiences and lessons learned from the southwest mountainous railway route selection, puts forward four principles of railway disaster prevention and mitigation : Choose the main technical standards of the line rationally and try to reduce the line of exhibition; Long tunnel crossing the Hengduan Mountains in an orthogonal manner, cross the Lancang River and the Nujiang River with the Takahashi Bridge;
