用光镜和电镜对大鼠咀嚼肌的结构进行研究,观察翼外肌和浅层嚼肌在相同长度肌纤维上的肌小节数以及肌原纤维上的肌小节长度对功能矫形力的适应性变化。结果表明实验组翼外肌肌小节数比对照组减少,肌小节长度增加;实验组浅层嚼肌肌小节数增多,肌小节长度减少,提示在功能矫形力的作用下,大鼠翼外肌和浅层嚼肌在功能和结构上都产生了相应的适应性变化。
The structure of rat's masticatory muscles was studied by light microscope and electron microscope. The changes in the number of myocutaneous muscle and superficial layer of muscle in the same length of muscle fibers and the length of myofibril on the functional orthosis were observed . The results showed that in the experimental group, the number of nostrils in the extrasolar muscles was decreased and the length of the muscle segments was increased. In the experimental group, the number of muscle segments in the superficial layers of the chewing muscles increased and the length of the muscle segments decreased. It suggested that under the function of functional orthopedics, And shallow chewing muscle in the function and structure have produced the corresponding adaptive changes.
