面对社会日新月异的发展,职业教育机构应该深化改革,促进教育事业的实质性发展,避免传统教育模式对学生造成的伤害。本文提出了几条深化职业教育改革的基本措施,其中最关键的是改变人才培养观念,在此基础上进行相关的教学创新。只有在教育的过程中不断进行相关实践总结并不断改进,才可以真正的为教育事业做出贡献。
Faced with the rapid development of society, vocational education institutions should deepen the reform and promote the substantive development of education so as to avoid harming the students through the traditional education mode. This article puts forward several basic measures to deepen the reform of vocational education, of which the key is to change the concept of personnel training, on the basis of the relevant teaching innovation. Only in the process of education continue to summarize the relevant practices and continuous improvement, can we truly contribute to the cause of education.
