散装水泥的发展和应用不仅是世界水泥产业的发展趋势,也是国家发展循环经济,保护和改善环境的一项基本举措。对于广西来说,散装水泥的应用不仅能够促进节能减排降碳,深化大气污染防治,也可有效推动建筑工业化和水泥工业提质增效升级。广西的散装水泥产业起步较晚,但经过多年的发展,已逐步形成了散装水泥、预拌混凝土、预拌砂浆“三位一体”的散装水泥发展格局,年产散装水泥接近5000万吨。
