近年来,我院的医疗投诉、医疗纠纷相继增多,其中进修医师占有相当比例。因此,加强法制教育,提高进修医师的法律意识则是当务之急。 1 加强职业道德教育,规范医疗行为 为了使进修医师在从事医疗服务中自觉遵守职业道德,我们将医务人员的有关规范、执业医师法、各类进修人员的工作制度整理成册,每人一本,供大家学习,检查对照。同时定期明查、暗访有无以医谋私,坑害病人等不良行为,并结合实际问题有针对性地开临床医德教育。强化自律的规章制度建设,尽可能避免、堵塞可能出现的问题,使进修医师牢固树立全心全意为患者服务的思想和对社
