电度表基架(图1)的加工质量集中体现在螺孔M8×1对孔φ7~(+0.08)的同轴度上。由于两孔的长度尺寸小,而相距却很远,这就使同轴度的测量变得十分困难。基准表面过短,测量误差增加,再经远距离放大,测量结果的可信程度是很低的。过去是采用图1所示的综合量规进行验收。这种方法以相关公差代替独立公差,是不能在理论上立足的。经分析认为,靠加工工艺保证是最可靠的办法,为此,研制一种简单的机械式组合机床。

The analysis shows that rely on the guarantee of processing technology is the most reliable way, to develop a simple mechanical combination of machine tools.
