当前,随着我国社会主义市场经济健全完善,建筑市场逐步步入完全市场化阶段,国有建筑企业在成本管理方面还有很大发展和进步空间,加强施工项目成本预算管理工作,对提升建筑企业经营效益具有重要作用。因此,有必要针对当前工作中存在的突出问题,对项目成本预算控制内容和措施进行探究。
At present, with the improvement of the socialist market economy in our country and the construction market being gradually marketized, the state-owned construction enterprises still have much room for development and improvement in terms of cost management.
