质量和效益是我国经济的一个攻坚课题.如何走出一条质量好、效益高的企业发展道路,已成为我国经济体制改革要解决的深层次问题.过去很长一段时间,我国经济由于忽视了商品经济规律的作用,走了一条外延扩大生产、粗犷管理的速度型道路,结果造成企业产品质量差,效益低下.改革开放以来,一批质量或管理、科技效益型企业的崛起正在改变这一现状.作为全国十大乡镇企业明星之一的广东珠江冰箱厂(以下简称“珠冰”),是具有中国特色的社会主义现代化企业发展的一个缩影.在短短的8年间,“珠冰”创下了质量和效益的奇迹.“容声”牌冰箱单班年产量从1985年的3万台到1990年的30万台发展到今年的60万台,六年迈了三大步.1990年产值达到4.4亿元,全员劳动生产率达到32.14万元,实现利税达到5794万元,人均创利税5.54万元.拥有固定资产净值3.2亿元.产品质量
