对“人际和谐理念”的分析,一方面不能简单套用社会和谐、校园和谐的相关概念,另一方面,它在我国尚未出现认同度较高的概念。在此,通过梳理中外学者们关于人际和谐的相关研究成果,探析国内外关于人际和谐理念的研究现状,以及促进人际和谐的时代意义。中国具有深厚的传统人际和谐思想,人际和谐是思想政治教育的重要前提和条件。同样,思想政治教育对人际和谐也具有重要的引导作用。
On the analysis of “interpersonal harmony concept ”, on the one hand can not simply apply the relevant concepts of social harmony and campus harmony; on the other hand, it has not yet appeared in our country the concept of higher identity. Hereby, by combing the relevant research results of Chinese and foreign scholars on interpersonal harmony, this paper analyzes the current situation of research on the concept of interpersonal harmony at home and abroad, and the significance of the times to promote interpersonal harmony. China has a profound traditional interpersonal harmony thought and interpersonal harmony are important prerequisites and conditions for ideological and political education. Similarly, ideological and political education also plays an important guiding role in interpersonal harmony.
