患者女,２０岁。因烦渴、多饮、多尿、消瘦２ａ,下腹部包块４ｄ入院。家族中无类似病史。查体:消瘦,体重指数１８ｋｇ／ｍ２。于颈项、腋窝、髂前上棘、会阴部、月国窝、跟腱、足趾背侧见丝绒样黑素增多的皮损。腹软,于脐下二横指可及充盈的膀胱,叩诊呈浊音。余（一）。实验室
