随着高职教育的发展和办学规模的不断扩大,相应的实践教学所需的仪器设备数量也不断增多,设施档次也逐渐提高,而原有的实训室管理模式由于其被动性较强,难以适应时代的发展要求。因此,必须建立一套适应实训室发展的“动态”管理模式——主动性管理,从而掌握管理的主动权。主动性管理提高了实训室设备管理效能,实现了实训室工作的总体目标。
