企业文化集中体现了一个企业经营管理的核心主张,以及由此产生的组织行为。企业文化建设工作任重而道远。在企业文化建设工作中,部分员工还存在一些认识误区。这些误区主要包括:企业文化建设等于思想政治工作;企业文化建设等于精神文明建设;企业文化等于员工娱乐文化;企业文化等于“一把手”文化。必须积极采取有效措施,解决由这些误区带来的各种问题。

In the building of enterprise culture, some employees still have some misunderstandings.
