继去年首次海河流域水利厅局长会议之后,第二届海河流域厅局长会议又在呼和浩特市召开了。一年来,流域内各省、市、区水利工作取得了很大成绩。这次会议,大家交流情况,总结经验,相互促进,一定会取得丰硕成果。我分管海河流域的水利工作,这次和大家见面,很高兴,借此机会,彼此熟悉一下。应海委领导的要求;就全国的水利形势和海河流域的水利工作简要地谈几点意见。
Following the first meeting of the Secretary for Water Resources of the Haihe River Basin last year, the second session of the director of the Haihe River Basin Bureau was held in Hohhot again. In the past year, great achievements have been made in water conservancy work in various provinces, cities and districts in the basin. This meeting, we exchange information, sum up our experience and promote each other. We will surely achieve fruitful results. I am in charge of the water conservancy work in the Haihe River Basin. I am pleased to meet you all this time and take this opportunity to get acquainted with each other. At the request of the leadership of the CMC, a few comments on the situation of water conservancy in the country and on the water conservancy work in the Haihe River Basin are provided briefly.
