一、概况露天矿采区,是金堆城钼业公司的主要生产单位之一,担负着出矿、剥离的重要任务。现有职工192人,共21个班组。有电铲、穿孔、爆破、电工、风泵等工种,其中电铲、穿孔、电工是三班倒作业。1982年开始,实行落实经济责任制的包干办法,经过一年半的实践证明,此种办法是有生命力的,经济效益是好的。
I. Overview Open pit mining area is one of the major production units of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co., Ltd., which shoulders the important task of mining and divesting. 192 employees, a total of 21 teams. A shovel, perforation, blasting, electricians, wind pumps and other types of work, including electric shovel, perforation, electrician is three shifts down. Since 1982, the “one-and-a-half-do” approach to implementing the economic responsibility system has been proved to be viable and the economic benefits are good.
