我们对30例健康飞行员做了缺氧前后红细胞免疫活性值检测,现报道如下。 方法:欧苏松介绍的酵母菌花结法(临床检验杂志,3:182,1985)。实验条件:缺氧前检查在低压舱上升前30分钟进行,缺氧后检查采用低压舱按常规上升5000米高度,停留15分钟,下降至地面30分钟后取血检查。此实验缺氧为中度缺氧。结果见表1。t检验表明,缺氧前后C_(ab)功受体花环率及免疫复合物花环率无显著差异(P>0.05),提示 15分钟中度缺氧对红细胞免疫功能无影响。研究发现平均每
We conducted 30 healthy pilots before and after hypoxia erythrocyte immunocompetence values are reported below. Methods: Ozsong introduced the yeast flower knot method (Journal of Clinical Laboratory, 3: 182,1985).
