The 17th Annual Meeting of the Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU) was held in Bangkok, Thailand from November 12 to November 14, 2003. This annual meeting was hosted by the Open University of Thailand Sukhothai. The theme of the conference was “Networking and Partners --- To enhance cooperation in distance education. ” More than 230 delegates from over 20 countries and regions attended the conference. Chinese delegates to the conference come from China Central Television respectively?
