采用在种系进化上与人类很接近的猕猴为实验动物,分为青年组和老龄组,通过免疫组织化学技术观察黑质TH、GABA神经元与老化相关的变化。结果表明;老龄组黑质致密部和网状部神经元的TH免疫反应性明显降低,老龄组GABA神经元数量和免疫反应性均明显低于青年组。提示:中枢神经老化可能与黑质TH含量和GABA神经元数目减少有关。
The rhesus macaques, which are closely related to humans in germline evolution, were divided into the young group and the aging group. The changes of TH and GABA neurons in the substantia nigra were observed by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that TH immunoreactivity in substantia nigra pars compacta and reticular neurons was significantly decreased in aged group, while the number of GABA neurons and immunoreactivity in aged group were significantly lower than those in young group. Tip: CNS aging may be related to the decrease of TH content and GABA neurons in substantia nigra.
