本文报告我院存活5年以上成人急性白血病12例其中ALL5例,ANLL7例,存活最长者13年。其长期存活的关键在于确诊后给予足量联合化疗争取短期达CR。其中3例进行过大剂量化疗,3例自体骨髓移植。表明大剂量化疗用于急性白血病的巩固治疗是延长缓解期与生存期的有效措施之一。
This article reports that our hospital survival of more than 5 years in 12 cases of acute leukemia ALL5 cases, 7 cases of ANLL, the longest survival of 13 years. The key to its long-term survival is to give sufficient combined chemotherapy after diagnosis for short-term CR. Three of them underwent high-dose chemotherapy and three autologous bone marrow transplantation. That high-dose chemotherapy for the consolidation of acute leukemia treatment is to extend the remission and one of the effective measures of survival.
