基于知识生态构建的小企业知识创新模型,能弥补当前小企业知识创新的不足。模型包括问题库、创意-点子库、知识库、问题库到知识库的映射和映射的评价更新五个核心要素。模型的创新之处在于它用问题库保存对企业有影响的组织外部环境因素,以创意-点子库保存员工、客户、外部智力的隐性创意,以问题节点映射知识的方式整理企业知识,通过评价保证映射关系的动态更新。
