China Securities Regulatory Commission recently promulgated the “Measures for the Administration of the Reinstatement of Public Shares by Listed Companies (for Trial Implementation)” (Draft for Comment) to solicit opinions from the community for amendment. Insiders said the move is expected to further active the market.
