卫生部根据与联合国儿童基金会(UNICEF)协议GB/84/011/010“防疫培训中心”合作项目的计划,由UNICEF提供,于1986年10月17日至11月17日派出考察团前往美国疾病控制中心(CENTERSFOR DISE ASE CONTROL简称CDC)。考察学习有关卫生防疫人员培训的教学组织计划以及教学的全过程、机构组织管理、课程、教学方法及教学设备利用等方面的经验和作法,作为我国办好在职卫生防疫人员培训班的参考和借鉴。
