文章在总结美国政府面向电子治理的信息技术应用情况的基础上,归纳政府信息技术应用的影响因素,从而提出我国应分别从加强社交工具应用、发展移动政务、完善信息基础设施建设、构建信息技术研发机制、提高信息技术接受能力等方面完善政府信息技术应用,以期提高我国电子治理效果。
Based on the summarization of the application of information technology for electronic government in the United States government, this article summarizes the influencing factors of government information technology application, and points out that China should improve the application of social tools, develop mobile government, improve the construction of information infrastructure, build information technology Research and development mechanisms, improve the ability of information technology to improve government information technology applications, with a view to improving the effectiveness of China’s electronic governance.
