(一) 预计今年内,我国的关贸总协定缔约方地位可望得到恢复。关贸总协定的基本目标是通过无条件的多边最惠国待遇,削减关税,消除非关税壁垒,排除各种贸易障碍,扩大市场准入范围,实行贸易自由化。为此,制定了一系列国际贸易通用的原则和规则。由于国际水产品贸易中绝大部分是天然捕捞产品,目前正在进行的乌拉圭回合谈判,水产品被划入自然资源
(I) It is expected that within this year, the status of China’s GATT parties is expected to be resumed. The basic objective of GATT is to cut tariffs, eliminate non-tariff barriers, eliminate various trade barriers, expand market access and liberalize trade through unconditional and most-favored-nation treatment. To this end, a series of principles and rules common to international trade have been formulated. As most of the international aquatic trade is a natural fishing product, the ongoing Uruguay Round negotiations have led to the transfer of aquatic products into natural resources
