本文对我国的老龄化问题进行了简单分析,从人口结构方面提出了应对老龄化问题的一种观点:提高生育率来解决将来老龄化问题对社会保障的巨大压力。并从财政的角度思考和提出了了这一解决方案的政策措施。
This article briefly analyzes the problem of aging in our country and puts forward a view on population aging from the perspective of population structure: raising the fertility rate to solve the huge pressure on the social security in the future. And from the financial point of view and put forward the solution of this policy measures.
